Rouleur Pinot Noir Unit:SingleProducer Matt grew up on a farm in the Yarra Valley surrounded by vineyards; his Dad, an airline pilot turned farmer, planted a vineyard on their family home in Coldstream, which set the path for Matt into a career in wine. His early career was in sales and marketing, but in 2015, he left his full time position to pursue his personal goal of creating his own label and making wine from the family vineyard his Dad planted in 1984, and Rouleur was born.

melon and a lovely fresh green herbal note

Vibrant red berry fruit and earthy flavors with hints of dried green herbs

The Cabernet fruit is crushed to build structure through fermentation

this light and varietally correct Nebbiolo draws inspiration from my experience making wine in Barolo with Chiara Boschis

Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle and is aged on yeast lees for as long as possible

Supple and charming
